How to make a request

- Include the app name, if applicable, and tell us whether you want to delete an account, specific data, or all eligible personal information.
- We will assess your request, verify your identity where necessary, and explain the outcome within the time limits required by applicable law.
What happens next?
Deletion depends on the data and app involved. Information required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or unresolved disputes may need to be retained; we will explain relevant exceptions. Backup copies, where applicable, may persist until their normal expiry.
This website itself has no user accounts. App-specific deletion options and retention details are explained in the relevant app’s policy.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Manage any subscription through the store where you purchased it.
